This is the kick-off phase; we start with a complimentary exploratory phone call, then an on-site visit to assess your project. One we have the information we need, we put together a design proposal.

Once approved, the project really begins. We have an in-depth briefing process to really understand your needs. Approval of the brief moves us to Phase 2.

Phase 2 is focused on function. We create construction layouts and/or furniture plans to make sure we are leading with well-considered solutions. We provide options and work together to identify the solution that best fits your needs. Once we land on the approved layout for your space, we move to Phase 3.

This is the fun, creative phase with all the beautiful imagery. We put together abstract image boards, material palettes, and loose ideas to make sure we begin in the right direction before we select anything. This phase is all about nailing down the right feeling. Once the creative direction feels right to you, we move to Phase 4.

With a confirmed layout and creative direction, we can confidently make selections for your space. Finishes and furniture are chosen based on the groundwork we have established. Renderings and elevations are produced so that you know what your space will look like. We gather quotes for all project elements. For construction projects, this phase will also include the production and approval of construction drawings, and the gathering of final trade quotes.

We present everything, then make revisions based on feedback. Finally, a detailed order with all elements and pricing is issued for approval. This approval moves us to Phase 5.

This phase begins by ordering everything that was confirmed in Phase 4, and scheduling trade work. This scope varies, thus, the length of this phase can also vary widely. Trades are managed and site visits ensure high quality work, while careful order tracking and quality checks ensure that all project elements are delivered correctly and in good condition.

This phase continues until the last items are scheduled for delivery within the next 4 weeks. Once we are in that window, we proceed to Phase 6.

Final installation is the big moment. Depending on the project, we will do a final decor shop for all the finishing touches to finish the space. We then schedule professional delivery of all elements in your project, with movers to ensure that nothing is damaged in transit. On install day, we are on-site to make sure all pieces are perfectly placed, and every pillow perfectly fluffed. The final result is ready for you to just walk in and enjoy.
